With nearly a decade of competitive experience and well-cultivated industry relationships, Lauren is profoundly aware of all the details involved with preparing for, and competing on, the bodybuilding stage.

After becoming an IFBB Pro in the Bikini Division in 2019, Lauren was inspired to help guide other women on their own competitive journey.

From novice competitors to seasoned athletes, hundreds of women have sought Lauren's expertise for guidance on contest preparation, posing, suit design, makeup, hair, and a myriad of other Show Day needs.
